Are you in the position of manager? Then you have no choice but to study the relevant rules and transfer your acquired knowledge to the conditions of your company in the employee evaluation system. You don't want to do this? This is bad luck, because without this tool you will not achieve the business goals of your company. Think about it. How can employees perform some performance for your company if you don't tell them they're doing well or wrong? Do you prefer to let your performance weaker employees feel that they are doing everything right, even if their performance weakening company profits? Would you release them? I don't think so.
Avoid errors
Is it worthwhile to find and teach new employees than to inform existing less-efficient employees of their mistakes in an acceptable form? You probably have enough time. And as we know, time is money! So you have enough money? Is it not easier to interview an employee and explain the company's strategy and the employee's share of the strategic results? And on that occasion to point out its possible improvement of results? Of course it's easier. Don't make mistakes too!
